Bauerle Residence

Designed as a speculative design build remodeling project, the Bauerle residence focused on upgrading a two bedroom, one bath ranch into an open plan three bedroom two bath residence for a young family or active retired couple. Despite budget constraints, energy saving materials, heating and cooling systems appliances, insulation, and light fixtures were used throughout without construction cost overruns.
